Spectrum Community Services, Inc. (SCS) serves the needs of individuals with disabilities and the economically challenged with residential options in Berks and Carbon counties.
People are referred and funded through the Carbon-Monroe-Pike Mental Health/Mental Retardation Program and Service, Access and Management, Inc. of Berks County, funded by the Berks County Mental Health/Mental Retardation Program and by Columbia-Snyder-Montour-Union, as well as family referrals and private pay.
